Regenerative Leadership

Hello,

Thank you for taking the time to read my very first newsletter! I know how busy life can get, and I genuinely appreciate your attention.

In these newsletters, I’ll be bringing you the latest updates, insights, and occasional personal reflections. My goal is to offer value and inspiration that resonates with you, so feel free to reach out with any feedback or thoughts you’d like to share via our website!

Many of you may recall my journey, especially my recent family sabbatical in South America, which has profoundly influenced my perspective on leadership and coaching. As I reflected during that transformative experience, I recognised how my own journey with dyslexia has equipped me with useful strengths, allowing me to think systemically and generate creative, out-of-the-box ideas. This perspective has been invaluable in my approach to empowering leaders who are ready to drive meaningful change.

I've come to believe that while executive coaching often addresses individual needs, we urgently need to align with the broader challenges our world faces. Leadership, for many of us, is about more than personal success—it's about leaving a legacy that our children can look back on and consider worthwhile. As someone who has crossed the 50-year mark, I often find myself reflecting on what I want to achieve in the next three years and how I can build a business that has a lasting impact.

A close friend recently posed a thought-provoking question: our children will ask us what we did during this pivotal time in history. Did we accept the status quo, or did we actively seek to make a difference? At To Focus, we aim to create a space for leaders to reflect on their legacy and extend their impact beyond their organisations.

With my background in PR and a long-standing commitment to helping leaders communicate effectively, I see storytelling as a powerful tool in fostering regenerative leadership. The stories we share resonate, inspire, and ultimately drive change that we urgently need.

I invite you to join me on this journey. If you’re curious to learn more about how we can collectively shift towards regenerative leadership, or if you know others who would resonate with this mission, please reach out and share this newsletter. Your support is vital in this collective effort.

Thank you once again for being part of this community. Together, let’s lead with purpose and impact!

Warm regards,

Mark
